Studio Fees and Charges (Schedule A)
These charges apply in addition to your booking fee where a breach of the Terms or House Rules has occurred, or in connection with overstays, misuse, or damage. All charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of the loss, cost, or disruption suffered by AVOLCA Studios as a result of the relevant breach. AVOLCA Studios reserves the right to apply these charges reasonably and proportionately.
How Charges Are Collected
Additional charges will first be applied to the payment method held on file at the time of booking. Any amount that cannot be automatically collected, or that exceeds the amount that can be charged automatically, will be invoiced to your registered email address and is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Smoking and Fire Safety

Damage, Spillage and Equipment Misuse

Cleanliness and Waste

Repeated capacity breaches may result in a permanent ban.
Timekeeping and Overstays
A 15-minute grace period is permitted for packing down and vacating at the end of every session.
Remaining beyond the 15-minute grace period will always incur a charge: one full additional hour at the prevailing hourly rate, plus the full hourly rate for any further time occupied.
Three or more overstays may result in a requirement to pre-book additional time for all future sessions.
Unlawful Conduct
Where unlawful conduct by you or your guests results in enforcement action, fines, or costs for AVOLCA Studios, you are liable for those costs in full.
Brand and Intellectual Property Misuse
Unauthorised use of the AVOLCA Studios name, logo, or brand identity in commercial or public-facing content without prior written consent may result in a charge reflecting the reasonable cost of remediation or reputational harm caused, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations and No-Shows
